Jamie’s Taxis is based in Fort William in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Lochaber is a popular destination for many visitors to Scotland and whether you are arriving at Glasgow or Edinburgh Airport and requiring a taxi to bring you up to this area, or simply arriving by train at Fort William station and wanting a taxi to take you on to your hotel or bed and breakfast, we would be pleased to help. No journey is too long or too short for us, and although based in Fort William we travel all over Scotland in the course of a week. In addition to door to door taxi rides, we are also available for tours around this beautiful part of Scotland. A taxi driver is very often a visitor's first contact in an unfamiliar place, it is therefore important that in order for them to enjoy their visit that their driver is friendly and knowledgeable for the area. Jamie is a local man from a farming background and he is also a keen walker who knows all the local walks and how to reach them, and many a bit further afield. He also has a good knowledge of other aspects of the area. He has worked with the public for most of his life, so is accustomed to meeting all sorts of people.
